西洋種の影響を受けていない日本の在来牛である見島牛とオランダ原産ホルスタインを交配させ誕生したのが見蘭牛（けんらんぎゅう）です。
La race bovine Kenran a été créée par le croisement de la race bovine Mishima, une race japonaise indigène non affectée par les influences occidentales, avec la Holstein, une race originaire des Pays-Bas.
美兰牛肉品种是由日本本土品种三岛牛（未受西方影响）与荷兰品种荷斯坦牛杂交而成的。
The Kenran beef breed was created by crossbreeding the Mishima beef, a native Japanese breed unaffected by Western influences, with the Holstein, a breed originating from the Netherlands.

KENran beef was created by crossbreeding Mishima cattle, a native Japanese breed unaffected by Western influences, with Holstein cattle, originally from the Netherlands. It inherits the rich umami, depth of flavor, and aroma characteristic of the original Wagyu breed from Mishima cattle, along with the robust taste of lean meat. For the deliciousness of the marbled fat, grilling is recommended to fully appreciate the quality of the meat. The more you chew, the more you can enjoy the mellow, authentic taste of the meat.
